Description
Shortly before his death in 1963, world renowned Christian author, C. S. Lewis gave an interview sharing his desire to see someone eventually write a book that would bring spiritual balance to his work, The Screwtape Letters. The Watchers Among Us brings that hope to life.
Written from the perspective of a Guardian Angel in charge of training his new recruit, the story line follows the offspring of one faithful young man, through out many generations, as they struggle through all the trials and tribulation common to mankind. Free-will is explored. Choices are made. Lives are forever impacted by a chain of events that started long ago. Each new generation will have decisions to make. Will they stick to the course and live a life of faith? Or, will they fall victim to the enemy’s stumbling blocks?
For those who have ever wondered if their prayers make a difference; for those who are growing weary because they haven’t seen the positive impact of their prayers in their limited lifetime— The Watchers Among Us promises to give the reader a broader appreciation for the long-term power of prayer and the impact that living a faithful spiritual life has upon our future generations.
